What is Business Bay?
Business Bay covers ~64 million sqft along both sides of the Dubai Water Canal. It's designed as a CBD with offices mixed into residential towers, plus retail at Bay Avenue, Bay Square, and the canal-side promenade.

Apartments average AED 1,700–1,900/sqft for ready resale, with new launches above AED 2,000. Office strata sales are common in Executive Towers and Bay Square. Rental yields run 6–7% for apartments and 7–8% for offices.
Living in Business Bay
Best for working professionals and small families who value the Canal, walking distance to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall, and short commutes to most of Dubai's commercial hubs. Schools are not in-community — JESS Jumeirah and Repton Al Barsha are popular school-run destinations.
